This year’s Photo Contest has run from March 1st till may 1st 2026. The theme was “I can, I shine!”. This theme encourages Williams people to show what they can and how they can shine and be proud of themselves with their achievements. If Williams people are motivated for a specific goal, they can persevere until they achieve their goal. The pictures show the 3 winners of the Photo Contest.
At the left, Daniel is reading a book, although when he was first diagnosed, doctors told his parents that he would never be able to read or write. He won a school award for his progression in reading two years ago and keeps pushing himself harder. At the middle, Lucas loves gymnastics, swimming, and ball sports. Lucas is brave and enjoys trying many different activities, including skiing, cycling, ice skating, and more. At the right, Izzy recently competed in a ballet show and completed her first ballet exams with her friends. She was so nervous stepping onto the stage to a packed out theater but once the show started the music took hold and she did a fantastic job.
